Paying Rent
When Rent Is Due:
Per your lease agreement with BANDI, your rent is due on the 1st of every month.
How To Pay Rent:
You can pay your rent through the following methods:
Online Portal: Log in to the Tenant Portal provided by BANDI. From there, you can make payments directly using a bank account or credit card.
Automatic Payments: You can set up recurring payments through the online portal to ensure your rent is paid automatically each month.
Pay at the Office: You may pay through money orders or cashier’s checks and drop them at the office.
PayNearMe: You can pay your rent in cash at participating stores like CVS, 7-Eleven, or Walmart. Using the PayNearMe option and download your PaySlip.
Late Rent
When rent is considered late:
Per your lease agreement with BANDI, your rent is due on the 1st of every month, but you are given a 5-day grace period.
Therefore, if rent is not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the 5th day of each month,

Late fees and other things to remember
We kindly remind you that a late fee of $100.00 will be applied to all leases with a monthly rent under $1,000. For leases with a monthly rent over $1,000, a late fee of 10% of the monthly rent will be applied.
Please note that charging this fee and accepting it does not waive the landlord’s right to receive rent by the first of each month or to take further action if rent is not paid on time or is habitually late.
