How to renew your lease
3-4 months before your lease is set to expire, a BANDI team member will send you a Renewal Notice reminding about the pre-requisites for a lease renewal to help you prepare for your renewal in advance. You may refer to Renewal Checklist for further details.

Short-Term/ Month-to-Month Lease
We understand that certain situations may require a bit of flexibility with your lease. However, we require an annual lease for all our tenants to ensure stability and security for both parties. More importantly, you have the assurance of staying in the property for a full year without worrying about sudden rent increases or unexpected moves.

As part of the renewal process, please make sure to follow the mandatory requirements listed below. Meeting these conditions is important to avoid any potential legal actions by the owners.
Requirement 1: You must have a current lease
BANDI requires all tenants to be on a current lease. Otherwise, per your lease agreement with BANDI, fees may be assessed to your account, and further legal actions may be taken.
Requirement 2: Provide BANDI with your current email address and phone number
To update the contact information we have on file, email renewals@bandipropertygroup.com with your latest contact information.
Requirement 3: Sign your new lease agreement in time.
We will send your new lease agreement through your online portal, email, and mail, giving you ample time to review it. You can either sign the physical copy and return it to us OR electronically sign it through your tenant portal/Signeasy.
Please be mindful to return the signed renewal by the renewal due date. Failure to do so will result in a $250 penalty.
Requirement 4: Arrears
Any outstanding arrears must be settled. For delinquency issues, contact Rose at rose@bandipropertygroup.com or (609) 382-5286.
Requirement 5: Annual Inspection
Schedule an annual inspection with Mercy at mercy@bandipropertygroup.com or (609) 382-5249. This inspection is to ensure that the home remains undamaged and in safe living condition.
Requirement 6: Lease Guarantee Renewal(if any)
As an express condition of your current lease, tenants with lease guarantees(also known as Rent Coverage) must renew their coverage with their Guarantors. Unless they can qualify on their own merit by re-qualifying and submitting through a fresh credit check(link to be provided upon request; $35 fee applies from credit agency)
Requirement 7: Other Requirements
Submit your most recent pay stub and updated renter’s insurance to Axel at axel@bandipropertygroup.com.
